Loch Fyne Rock Oysters from our own oyster beds.One dozen packed in a cane pannier. Oysters can be kept refrigerated for 4-5 days - store cup side down with a damp cloth on top.

We had a wonderful surprise of these oysters, with a shucker, and a side of smoked salmon, as a hamper gift for Xmas 2007 - Were presentable, with seaweed, well packed and insulated in thick polystyrene box.
They were smaller than we had had before - but oh so sweet. Would def order from now - and have already booked a table at our local Loch Fyne restaurant in leeds that we weren't aware of.
