Scallop meat shucked from fresh scallops caught by divers and small boats off the West Coast. Cleaned and packed in 1 kg tubs. Aprox. 25-30 scallops per tub depending on size.Scallop meat will keep for 5 days when refrigerated ( see use by date on pack).

We have bought this scallop meat for a few years now and even when we moved to Spain we still order it for our Christmas dinner, always 1st class, never bought any that came close to this
Scallops are particularly good at this time of year (Nov) and the batch I've just received are excellent. Stickily fresh and firm they've all gone into the freezer individually wrapped in foil and frozen fast in a single layer. I know they'll be perfect when I defrost them.
I just received a present of these beautiful scallops today and have had some for my dinner tonight. They were absolutely delicious and I amlooking forward to my next helping tomorrow. I can't freeze them as I will just have to eat them all. Many thanks
