These are delicious large fillets! Arrived very well packaged and nicely chilled. Had some on the day received and froze the rest. On defrosting tasted just as good as fresh. Made the mustard and spinach recipe from this site - easy and very tasty. Will be buying more. Thoroughly recommend.
