Loch Fyne 'Classic' smoked salmon is delicately flavoured. The fresh salmon fillets are dry cured with sea salt and brown sugar then smoked for 12 hours over oak chips from whisky casks. Vacuum packed, it will keep unopened and refrigerated for 21 days
